D-backs 2024 Program Recap

In the third year of working with the Arizona Diamondbacks, we have expanded our partnership to include multiple new products and to continue providing Diamondbacks fans with the best ticket-buying experience. We’ve launched the Ballpark Season Pass, Access Pass, and D-backs Suites programs while making seat upgrades, integrated gift cards, and add-ons all supported with our technology.

Ballpark Season Pass

The D-backs wanted to create a program that built on the success of the 2023 season so we launched the Ballpark Pass. The Ballpark Season Pass gives fans the opportunity to attend all 81 home games at Chase Field for $299. Ballpark Pass holders are able to upgrade their seats and add guest tickets to any game they choose to attend. The Pass sold out shortly after going on sale and the enthusiastic reactions within the baseball community (Sports Illustrated, Jomboy Media) made it apparent that the Ballpark Pass is the perfect solution for true fans.

Student Pass

We have continued support of the Student Pass program with the Diamondbacks - a solution for local college students that are looking for last-minute ticket offers at a discounted price. The Student Pass is restricted to users that have an active student email address. Students that register with the program receive a text message that communicates available offers. Once students indicate that they would like to attend an upcoming game, they receive their ticket via SMS.

Summer Pass

This summer, the D-backs re-launched their popular Summer Pass, giving fans the opportunity to attend all games in June, July, and August for a single price of $179. Summer Pass holders have the option to upgrade their seats and add guest tickets for any game they choose to attend.

Access Pass

We worked with the D-backs to introduce a solution for fans looking to create their own schedule of games to attend. With the Access Pass, fans purchase a bank of credit that can be utilized across various tickets and experiences at a discount throughout the season.

Our perks and add-on functionality allows fans to add amenities like parking or club access for a night at the ballpark. The Access Pass program is available within the MLB Ballpark App, providing fans with frictionless access to their ticket investment. Learn more about the Access Pass here!

D-backs Suites

New for this season, we launched a new digital solution for fans to purchase suites and premium seating inventory. We're thrilled for fans to have a new way to access premium experiences at Chase Field, for more information on our launch, check our blog post here. 

Seat Upgrades

Another exciting feature we have added for all D-backs fans is the ability to upgrade their seat location for all seat purchases by using our technology. By browsing the Upgrades tab within the Ballpark App, fans can purchase upgraded seats based on available inventory. A primary ticket is required in order to utilize a Seat Upgrade.

Gift Cards

What beats the gift of baseball? With integrated gift cards, D-backs fans can share gift cards with friends or family that are looking to experience a game at Chase Field. We’ve made sending and receiving gift cards effortless - recipients can redeem credit across all of our programs or on any game at Chase Field.
